Один из любимых завтраков, могу есть хоть каждый день.

Ингредиенты:

3 яйца
Сливочное масло
Бекон
Листья салата/зелень
Специи

Приготовление:

Готовим голландский соус. На водяной бане смешиваем желток, добавляем щепотку соли, хорошо размешиваем венчиком до легкого загустения, добавляем сливочное масло и перемешиваем до полного растворения масла.

Свариваем яйца пашот. Обжариваем бекон. Затем собираем наш тост.

Хлеб, сливочное масло, листья салата, бекон, яйцо пашот и сверху поливаем голландским соусом и добавляем специи по вкусу.

At most, planners suggest putting no more than 1% to 10% into Bitcoin if you’re passionate about it. “If it was one stock, you would never allocate any significant portion of your portfolio to it,” Hammel says.
